• It is always recommended to wash your hair twice when washing hair with professional shampoos.

• First spread the shampoo in your hand palm, so that you can spread it on the top and sides of your head, as well as the bottom of your neck.

• Put more water onto your hair by putting your head back under water for 1-3 seconds at a time then vigorously massage the entire base of your head.

• Repeat the previous step until the shampoo is completely spread everywhere. * it is quite normal that the first shampoo does not produce foam, since the hair are dirty.

• Rinse out the first shampoo while continuing to rub your hair in circular motions, as if you were lathering it - not only will your shampoo continue to spread and wash your hair before rinsing, but in the end you will also rinse your scalp much better

• it is not necessary to rinse the first shampoo completely. Do a second shampoo using half as much product as the first shampoo.

• repeat the step of adding water by putting your head under water for 1-3 seconds at a time, until you obtain a nice foam.

• foam is not a sign that the shampoo is washing, but that the hair is now clean.

• if your hair were very dirty (last wash was 5-7 days ago and/or use of styling products for a few days, including dry shampoos, and/or sweating during training, etc.), you may need to make a 3rd shampoo. In this case, put even less product than in the second shampoo and repeat the step of adding water.
