Perfect to accompany your Insight frequent use shampoo, to energize hair that needs to be washed often. Use this mask alternately with the conditioner

• It is important to twist your hair well, in order to remove as much water as possible before putting the mask in your hair.

• massage your hair well and make sure there is no product left in your hands by spreading it all over your hair

• game changer: you have to brush the mask into your hair after spreading and massaging it with your hands

• you should detangle with the brush until your hair has a smooth and soft texture. if you have never done it before, it is quite normal that it will take longer before the hair is completely detangled and the hair gets a smooth texture. the more you do it each time you put on your mask or conditioner, the less time it will take to detangle, in the shower or when you get out

• Rinse your brush well

• If you want to do a more in-depth treatment, just do your shampoos in the shower and wait until you get out to do your mask.

• the benefit of doing it when you get out of the shower is that you can wring out your hair better with the towel before putting on the mask. and be able to leave it on for up to 30 minutes before rinsing it thoroughly

• It is completely normal for a lot of hair to fall out of your head when you untangle the mask or conditioner. This does not mean that you are pulling out your hair, quite the contrary, since untangling it with the mask or conditioner is the easiest and least aggressive way for your hair
